I think we need to RE-DEFINE what winning is meant from the early stages - when too much emphasis is placed on "winning" we are leaving out important opportunities for educating, learning and effective planning that helps to bring it all together from transitioning into elite level

What interesting, the discussion on the mental side came and went quick... It definitely needs a lot more focus

The question has been asked ‘where to start?’ It is my conviction that all high school athletes should do the CXC CSEC Physical Education and Sports. The syllabus covers ALL elements of Sports . Everyone please have a look at the syllabus if you can. This is what all the athletes need as a base!
