Turnitin for Instructors (Create Class)

The creation of a class is the first step towards using the Turnitin services available to your institution. A Turnitin class groups assignments, helping you to organize student submissions. Once your classes have been created, you can start creating assignments.

  1. Click the green Add Class button
  2. From the Create a new class page, select the class type, and complete the fields marked with an asterisk
  3. Select the class end date
  4. Click Submit to add your class to Turnitin
  5. Once your class has been created, you will be provided with the Class ID and enrollment password, which will allow your students self enroll

Click the All Classes tab from any Turnitin page to direct you to the homepage
